Cancellation and Refund

Kolkata Arthroscopy and Sports surgery Society (KASS) hopes everyone who registers for the conference will be able to attend; however, KASS knows extenuating circumstances do occur. The KASS Cancellation and Refund Policies are as follows:

Conference Refund and Cancellation Policy

The KASS Knee 360 degree Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows:

• Registration cannot be cancelled.
• Registration fees is not refundable.
• Registration fees is non transferable.
• In the event KASS must cancel any event due to unforeseen circumstances, no refund will be given.
• KASS may provide credit voucher equivalent to registration fees paid for next upcoming conference held by KASS.
• Payment gateway charges are not refundable.
• Workshop charges and/or any special event charges are not refundable.
• Any refund (if applicable) will be processed within 60 days of receiving request on official email (kasscourse@gmail.com).
• No interest will be paid on the refund amount.
• The decision of executive committee of KASS will be final and binding.
